By submitting a commission inquiry form, paying an invoice, or purchasing items from this store, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Work: All custom pieces are created based on the agreed-upon digital sketches, dimensions, and glass selections confirmed via email. Minor variations in glass texture and color patterns are natural characteristics of handmade glass art and are not considered defects.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required via the invoice issued upon final design approval before any cutting or studio production begins.

Intellectual Property: All original stained glass designs, patterns, sketches, and photographs remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a physical piece does not grant commercial reproduction rights or ownership of the underlying design copyright.

Right of Refusal: The studio reserves the right to decline any commission request that violates copyright laws, exceeds structural safety limits, or falls outside the scope of our artistic medium.
