Refund policy

In compliance with UK Consumer Regulations, buyers purchasing existing, original art have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise this right, you must notify me in writing within this 14-day window.

Returned items must arrive back in pristine, undamaged condition within their original packaging within 14 days of notifying me. For change-of-mind returns on original art, the buyer is strictly responsible for arranging and paying for fully insured, professional-grade return shipping.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected for damage and you will be notified of its return approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Bespoke commission orders are hand-crafted entirely from scratch to your specifications, for these reasons these pieces are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

Cancellations: You may cancel your commission and receive a full refund only if work has not yet commenced and design drafts have not been approved. Once the design is finalized and an invoice is paid, materials are cut specifically for your project, and cancellations are no longer accepted.

Damaged Items: If your piece arrives damaged or structurally compromised due to shipping, you must notify me via email within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the packaging and the damage. I will review the claim to arrange for repair or an insurance claim through the carrier.
