Shipping policy

All finished pieces will ship out during the week leading up to a new drop, this date will always be pinned to the announcement bar at the top of the site. When possible, pieces will be shipped out sooner.

As a single-person operation managing every step from creation to packing, batching fulfillment into one dedicated week allows me to completely separate admin and packing time from the creative process, letting me pour all my focus and energy back into making the work you love. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as I navigate this solo.

Packaging & Safety: All pieces are securely packaged using appropriate packaging material designed specifically to protect fragile stained glass during transit.

Carriers & Insurance: Orders are shipped via tracked post by trusted carriers. Tracking details will be provided via email once your piece leaves the studio.

Local Pickup: To avoid shipping risks on large statement panels, personal local delivery is available and encouraged where applicable.
